We are living in one of the most turbulent times in human history. As our outer world is changing, our inner-selves are also being affected. Many people seem to feel they have less and less power over what happens in their lives. Juggling the responsibilities of family, career and health, feelings of overwhelm, stress and fear can easily become a predominant way of being.

Patterns of negative thoughts and feelings become a habitual reality for

many people, manifesting in symptoms such as depression, anxiety and physical illness. When negative energy is left unresolved, energetic and emotional “blockages” can rob us of peace of mind and prevent us from creating the life we want to live.


On the surface this can appear hopeless, but approached from a higher perspective, difficult challenges can be used as opportunities for growth, healing and ultimately freedom. By shining light on our fears and limiting beliefs, we bring them to conscious awareness, giving us the ability to heal and remove what is no longer working for us, and replace it with what is most essential.

So what are we to do with all those feelings?

In order to create true transformation, my counseling approach helps people change the way they think, feel and act, by breaking through limiting thought patterns and emotions. We begin to replace an old “story” with a new “story” that is filled with possibilities and empowerment.

The holistic counseling I offer is a gentle process of deepening self-awareness, healing emotional wounds and uncovering greater self-acceptance and love. This approach is built upon my training in the preeminent fields of Spiritual Psychology and Energy/Wellness Coaching. Incorporating these complimentary fields offers a practical and powerful method designed to help clients identify and pursue changes they would like to make in their lives, while creating a foundational state of holistic wellbeing.
